Telehealth Subscription Service
In May 2025, our product team launched our first end-to-end ED subscription that bundles telehealth, prescription management, discreet home delivery - all in one flow.
We built a reusable Conditions Platform that was the prototype for future telehealth treatment (GLP‑1s, Hair Loss, Skin Care & more) by swapping condition‑specific content and functionality instead of rebuilding the stack.
Our business model integrated Wheel (telehealth), Truepill (fulfillment) and Subscription pricing under new Telehealth, Subscription & Fulfillment technical services, plus a conditions‑aware dashboard.

Shipped: ED Medical Intake Improvements What is it?
A series of enhancements to the ED medical intake flow aimed at improving patient experience and boosting conversion/completion.
Why did we build it?
We saw opportunities to reduce friction treatment preference options, technical bugs, unnecessary steps and make it easier for eligible patients to complete intake, ultimately improving CVR%.
